Digitizing is the process of turning your logo into a stitch file so our machines know exactly how to sew it. It's a one-time fee per logo (typically $20–$60 depending on complexity) and we keep the file on hand for every future reorder with no re-digitizing charge.
What is the turnaround time for embroidery?
Standard embroidery turnaround is 10 business days after art approval. Rush turnaround of 3–5 business days is available on many orders.
What garments can you embroider?
We embroider polos, button-downs, caps, beanies, jackets, vests, fleeces, hoodies, aprons, and bags. We carry Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Comfort Colors, District, Port Authority, and more — and can source almost anything on request.
How big can an embroidered logo be?
Most left-chest logos run about 3.5 to 4 inches wide. Full-back embroidery can go up to about 10 inches. Cap fronts are typically about 2.25 inches tall. We'll suggest sizes that keep your logo readable and clean.
Do you ship embroidered apparel nationwide?
