Our standard screen printing minimum is 48 pieces per design. Below that, Direct to Film (DTF) is usually a better fit — it has no minimum and no screen setup fees.
How much does screen printing cost per shirt?
Screen-printed t-shirts typically run about $8-$22 per shirt depending on quantity, number of ink colors, and the garment you choose. Larger runs and fewer colors bring the per-shirt price down. Every order gets a free written quote with no surprise setup fees.
How many ink colors can you print?
We print 1 to 6 spot colors with tight registration and clean detail. For full-color or photographic artwork, we usually recommend Direct to Film (DTF) instead.
What is the turnaround time for screen printing in Charleston & Summerville?
